- 16 years of experience in coaching and managing soccer school.
- Develop and establish Schools soccer programmes.
- Coaching experience in International school ( SAS, ISS, UWC Dover) and local school/polytechnic.
- Monitor each player to determine his strengths and weaknesses and ensure that they are addressed immediately.
- Hold parents evenings, awards nights, competitions, camps for up to 400 people.
- Help resource local players to be able to compete in teams, and tournaments.
- Prepare players for National representation and identification.
- Former S.League and Singapore National player.
- AFC 'C' License Holder.
